OUT-OF-NETWORK INSURANCE PLANS WE ACCEPT

For VSP members, we save you the extra step of having to mail a receipt and wait for payment by only charging you for your out-of-pocket expense. For all other providers, you can still submit a claim form to your insurance company.


​​​​​​​MEDICARE & MEDI-CAL

We are currently in the process of becoming a Medicare provider and will update you once we are approved. At this time, we are not planning on accepting Medi-Cal.


FORMS OF PAYMENTS WE ACCEPT​​​​​​​

We accept all major credit cards. If you have a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or a Health Savings Account (HSA), don’t let your benefits expire. You can use them in conjunction with your vision insurance plan to offset out-of-pocket costs towards eye exams, glasses, contact lenses, eye care products like Avenova® Eyelid and Lash Cleanser or Eye Eco DERM mask, and in-office procedures.
